1-1 or 1-2 support for parents in working with kids and teens. Price: $90/90 minutes.
These coaching sessions are a space to practice NVC, somatics and IFS strategies to deeper connect with your children and teens. They are not a therapy space for you as much as a bridge for deeper connection. They are a place for understanding developmentally where your child is, receiving empathy from an educator/youth coach, and creating an action plan for deeper compassion and understanding. They also are a space for you to connect with your inner child through Inner Compass work so that you can more fully show up for your child.
