(twice a month virtual gathering space to share self-compassion exercises. Thursdays, 6-7:30)
This monthly group meets on the Thursday of the new and full moons to share self-compassion and creativity strategies in community. The group is a virtual space for girls ages 14-22 to come, connect, share, and participate. This group has been running since December 2020. Guest speakers visit and share on areas of expertise, including being an OBGYN, claiming one’s creative power, navigating college, and other topics. The group is also working on a collective anthology of women’s voices during this era—a collection of poetry, essays, and drawings to share with the world.
