The Gregory School

This 5-day intensive academy builds on the Inner Compass curriculum of loving self, trusting self, and celebrating self in connection to community and earth. Students will gain a series of somatic, NVC, and IFS strategies specifically connected to growing up in this world. This camp is also an exploration into the professional world.

Each day, guest teachers will come to deliver workshops and Q&As on topics like: self-care rituals, expression of self through art, mindfulness and yoga, working with native seeds on indigenous land, expressing your voice through writing, and mutual aid. On Friday, June 18, we will have an evening reading to celebrate the week from 5:30-7pm. There will also be an optional morning hike in the wash from 7-9:00 on Thursday, June 17.
